Before Use:
Gently roll & shake side-to-side (don’t shake hard – it weakens the product).

Daily Use:
Spray 2–4 times daily, even without sunbed/sun.
Best used in the morning or before bed (start with bedtime if new to avoid uncommon but potential mild side effects like nausea/headache).

Tanning Frequency:
Use sunbeds or tan at least 4 times a week for the first 2 weeks.

Dosage Info:
Using a full bottle in 1–2 weeks is normal while building your tan.
For maintenance, reduce to every other day or top up when needed.

Storage:
Keep in a cool place or fridge, away from heat/sunlight.
